Manager, Ecommerce Buyflow/Movers Optimization
Summary
Responsible for leading the optimizing the sales funnel to reduce friction in the new customer buyflow and to maximize performance of the move/transfer experiences. Provides leadership in offer launches, merchandising recommendations, and new product launches. Optimizes the buying experience end-to-end using data and best practices to develop and execute tactics. Presents strategies to maximize conversion and overall performance to senior leadership in DCOE and in other stakeholder groups. Ensures current initiatives, promotions, and campaigns are accurately and timely. Influences new product enhancements to increase merchandising flexibility in buyflow and Movers experiences. Has experience, knowledge and skills in understanding digital e-commerce and experience optimizing a conversion funnel. Demonstrates operational excellence to ensure order flow through and maximum conversion onsite. Proactively identifies order flow through issues and works with product and operational teams to fix. Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines. Acts as resource for colleagues.

Core Responsibilities
• Owns full funnel merchandising, conversion optimization, and performance analysis of buyflow and move/transfer experiences
• Reviews daily the performance of the buyflow and microstep conversion rates to quickly highlight insights to drive site optimization and to highlight impact of promotions & policy changes
• Manage a tight timeline for launches ensuring proper conversion and order flow through at checkout
• Serve as key liaison between eCommerce team and Site Health on overall site issues
• Partner with the Product & UX organizations to develop a roadmap for movers merchandising (both new and existing customer) and collaborate with those teams in executing the vision
• Work with movers marketing stakeholders to effectively communicate enhancements and develop new initiatives to promote online moves/transfer
• Represent the DCOE at key Mover meetings held cross-company
• Ability to communicate strategic vision and performance, manage multiple stakeholders, and identify/escalate blockers to timely execution
• Responsible for driving continued growth in total Movers sales including transfer & shop new
• Acts as point of contact between the product team, user experience, and offer delivery teams to ensure order flow through and funnel optimization
• Serves as a key member of the merchandising team help drive quality and consistency in the checkout process
• Works with Personalization team on Movers-centric experiences, working with the team to ensure strategy alignment and merchandising execution
• Collaborate with testing team to deploy high-impact tests in the buyflow and Movers experiences
• Partner with Chat leadership on optimal deployment of chat within the purchase funnel
• Manage and develop analyst to proactively report on performance and identify issues
• Expert-level competence in the core MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel (formulas, functions, charts, and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
• Hard-working, willing to learn, and eager to be part of an enthusiastic team
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education Level
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study

Years of Experience
• Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
Preferred Experience
• 5+ years experience working in eCommerce, merchandising, and/or digital marketing
• Field of Study-in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related
• Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results working with other teams, plus the ability to build strong relationships
• Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target or similar platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
• Analytical experience required with demonstrated spreadsheet skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions
• Experience developing presentations in PowerPoint
• Confidence in presenting strategy and receiving feedback from senior leaders
• Strong organizational skills and project management abilities
• Ability to work autonomously and manage many projects simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative
• Understanding of the online marketing and eCommerce space
