Job Description
• Responsible for productivity analysis, performance trending and evaluation of the driving factors behind individual and team performance focusing on identification of improvement efforts. Identify and offer solutions to potential risks and monitor implementation for operations process improvement.
• Collaborates with other departments to identify high priority business needs, define business requirements, design strategic approach, develop plans, execute action items, measure key milestones and achievement plans for local and corporate initiatives.
• Develops and implements best practices such as integration of data and requirements from multiple sources to standardize and automate processes and systems, document processes, methods and procedures. Develop and implement measures to improve performance while longer term IT efforts are underway. Provides ad hoc analysis to support non-routine business requirements.
• Manage overall IT program for Field Operations including tracking progress, enabling progress by removing roadblocks, ensuring quality requirements from the business are in timely, and mitigating risks.
• Directly supports Field Operations IT initiatives through collation and analysis of requirements from the business and peers. Ensures all projects are developed to be efficient, deliver against needs, and continually improve with time.
• Leverages personal/indirect customer feedback through, internal and external engagements, to define and create better support mechanisms and processes. Advises, supports and collaborates with management, field teams and departments to improve field support and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Possess strong analytical skills, advanced knowledge of MSFT Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
• Knowledge of Access is a plus.
• Should have an understanding of field technician process, system definition and development with the end user in mind.
• Additional Specialized Coursework: Telecommunications/Project Management/Process Improvement Preferred knowledge and skills: Agile certified/Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean/Six Sigma training/certification
Education and Experience
• · Experience: 7+ yrs
• · Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
• · Field Of Study: Business, Statistics, or Business Improvement
• · A combination of education and experience is acceptable
• · Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
• · Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
