Overview
Canon Solutions America, a Canon U.S.A. Company, is currently seeking an experienced Managed Document professional for assignment in the Eastern US marketplace, based in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for pro-actively supporting and driving sales of Managed Print Services within an assigned territory. Responsibilities
• Project Leader and Consultant for allMPS Zone Activity:
◦ Represent CBS in high profile accounts
◦ Assist in the response of RFPs and MPS Bids
◦ Attend Customer Meetings, sales calls, training events and other customer related activities
• Train and Develop Field Sales on the MPS Process:
◦ Identify potential customers
◦ Analyze fleets using PrintFleet Tool
◦ Develop optimization strategy
◦ Build proposals and customer presentations
◦ Participate in quarterly review process
• Support Field Sales with MPS program updates via webcasts, live training, deal workshops and operation reviews.
• Ensure that all MPS program processes, policies and strategies are followed for all opportunities.
• Report to management on Top MPS prospects.
• Organize and Manage salesforce.com account strategy along with the Sales Executive.
• Work with Sales Planning on MPS operational standards, identifying areas that need improvement and making recommendations.
• Work in conjunction with Field Marketing on specific promotional and MPS events that create field acceptance and confidence in the MPS program.
• Mentor and train new and existing MPS Support in approach, tools and MPS processes.
• Provide input for hiring decisions.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree and/or equivalent sales, MPS, solutions, analyst or consultant experience
• Minimum of 7-10+ years industry experience.
• Strong selling skills required, in MPS, Solutions or IT Services
• Experience working with IT and C-Level Decision makers desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong MS Office Suite and database knowledge
• CDIA+ or other related industry certifications a plus
• 50% Travel Required
