Job Summary
Interface with project management, property management, warehouse and field engineers to properly track all program equipment procurement and deployments. Use corporate database to identify and link purchases to specific projects. Process the transfer of equipment to required site locations. Be able to complete other tasks in the project enginerering lifecycle as needed in support of the team.
Job Description
• Maintain and monitor project plans and schedules
• Transfer equipment to assist in testing and installation
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• The responsibilities of this position will continue to grow as additional portions of the network are accredited and achieve operational status, and as additional customer groups are added to the network.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information (applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation).
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree in business or related field of study, or equivalent work history
• At least five years working in an office as a coordinator or similar role
• Exceptional and effective verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow operational documentation including guidelines, policies, processes, and standards.
• Must be able to work well with others to achieve common goals and to foster a cooperative climate
• Must have attention to detail.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and to prioritize work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
• SAP experience
• Experience reading proposals and purchase order trackers
• Able to work independently and in a multi-disciplined team environment
• Flexible work schedule as needed
• Secret Clearance is mandatory
