Producer, Content Innovation Lab
WWE is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated Producer, Innovation Content Lab to work out of WWE’s Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. This individual is self-efficient and motivated, capable of performing under tight guidelines and looks for solutions in unique and ‘outside-the-box’ means of thinking.
Responsibilities:
• Produce content with an emphasis on innovation, emerging technologies and platform specific
• Produce live events such as but not limited to in-ring competition
• Develop WWE/NXT talent to become self-efficient content creators
• Produce short-form digital video content for various WWE/NXT/Performance Center Digital and Social platforms
• Initiate and create new digital video concepts for live consumption
• Collaborate with key social and pop culture influencers to broaden the scope and awareness of WWE’s Performance Center, NXT, WWE and associated brands
• Responsible for developing compelling video elements that could potentially compliment WWE storylines and characters
Qualifications:
• 6+ years of related work experience in TV/Digital/Live/Post production.
• Live Event production a plus
• Proven track record of creative and innovative thinking, effective storytelling, action and results
• 6+ years of editing experience with applications such as Avid, Final Cut Pro and Adobe
• Experience in field production, managing a video/film shoot and producing/directing on-air talent
• Experience in shooting with professional and consumer cameras a plus
• Strong knowledge of digital and social platforms and advancements
• Capable of handling and organizing multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-based, ever-changing environment while remaining organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge about current and past WWE TV shows, products, talent and storylines a plus but not mandatory
• BA in Communications, Film/Media, Digital Media or related field of study
