• Leading the end to end accountability for development, implementation and management of critical focused Talent Programs (Performance Management, Employee Engagement Survey and Talent Reviews programs that include succession planning and development planning) throughout the organization, aligning with the business goals and objectives
• Creating and implementing solutions, strategies and tools to support these key Talent and Culture Change initiatives, as well as supporting the business in achieving Diversity and Inclusion goals
• Leading all aspects of the company’s specific Talent enterprise programs and processes such as:
◦ Performance Management Program – drive the goal setting, alignment, mid-year discussions, year-end reviews and ratings, guidelines for ratings distribution, executive calibration process, providing support to managers and employees in having successful feedback conversations, continuous feedback and improvement loops with employees and the business on the process.
• Ensuring that employees experience and understand talent initiatives as a connected, holistic experience that empowers and enables them to succeed; partner with Communications team to build story and marketing to drive buy-in and understanding; create and operate feedback loops to validate adoption and effectiveness of talent programs and ensure continuous improvement and evolution of our programs and initiatives
• Working closely with the HR Business Partners and the Business Executives to reinforce the merits of ongoing talent and learning initiatives, and succession planning
• Providing guidance and problem solving skills to overcome challenges faced in execution and operation
• Leading cross functional work teams as required to achieve results
• Bachelor's degree required; Master Degree in Industrial/Organization Development preferred
• 3-5 years of talent management / employee engagement / year-end review process
• Experience managing Talent programs
• Experience managing/supporting Diversity and Inclusion programs preferred
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to conduct high level needs analysis to identify skill gaps and needs across critical talent segments
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate multi-dimensional concepts in a simple way to diverse audiences
• Ability to conduct complex process facilitation; Experience with virtual delivery and tools preferred
• Ability to grasp new ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-pace environment
• Program management and implementation experience
• Experience leading and/or facilitating large scale and effective change initiatives while managing pace.
• Excellent communications skills and executive presence to interact effectively with executive and senior management.
• Thrives in an environment that is extremely fast-paced, creative and collaborative yet holds individuals responsible and accountable
• Enthusiastic; a capacity to overcome barriers and make impactful change
