Objective
The most significant function of this position would to provide an actual presence within the SG Gaming Business to assist the other company key personnel. Proficiency in this position will require a comprehensive knowledge of the quality & operational procedures and the company products and systems.
This person is responsible for creating an end-to-end Quality Gaming reporting structure; executing the plan and managing all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected. The solution should be validated in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external processes & systems.
To make sure that data reports are well defined, planned and executed [action driven reporting]. The analyst does this by ensuring that every phase and feature of the corrective action solution is well validated and that any potential issue is identified and fixed.
Position Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create the performance & Completion Reports.
• Create and execute manual and automated reports [standard and ad-hoc].
• Contribute to the maintenance of our QA department Standard Operating Procedures, QA best practice standards, training and tool sets when needed.
• Escalate to the QA Leadership any missing documentation, system access, which impedes ability to perform Quality data tracking, reporting requirements and complete Quality deliverables on-time.
Key Processes
• Ensure all project artifacts are archived per QA department Standard Operating Procedures or local compliance direction.
• Support all QA methodologies pertaining to the Quality compliance directives.
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

• Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write Quality reports & plans. To communicate escapes, opportunities, best practices to all gaming personnel and other stakeholders
• Creative solving of technical problems – to ensure the ability translate technical quality process requirements
• Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables – ensures the ability to find and report action-driven data quickly
• Ability to think abstract – to ensure ability to not conform to the norm. Norms do not find comprehensive corrective action quickly.
Functional/Technical Skills
• Experiences in Quality Management Software and Processes
• Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solution being performed
• Business process understanding
• MS office suite [Intermediate level at a minimum] advanced is preferred.
