Description
We are currently seeking an organized, professional and enthusiastic Part-Time MORNING Receptionist to support our KPRZ/KCBQ radio staff.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls to appropriate person or department.
• Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, mailing & data entry
• Assist Business Manager with administrative and traffic duties
• Assist the Sales Team and Promotions Departments with special projects and/or events, as needed
Requirements
• Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Flexible, team-minded individual with strong organizational skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
• Comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and able to adapt to a changing environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
