Client Services is a consulting division of Scientific Game that works directly with Scientific Games clients offering product education services and solutions that complement existing Scientific Games software and hardware. Working with casino management, Scientific Games Consultants take the time to interview key stake holders to learn about their KPI’s as well as their daily operations. Based on their findings, they offer recommendations, share best practices and offer solutions for how to best set up and use Scientific Games software and hardware. The ideal candidate will strive to push the boundaries of the team in terms of what we can enable through our systems, as well as ancillary systems and also push the boundar¬ies on the use of new technologies to achieve customer and internal business objec¬tives. This team member must be willing to challenge the status quo and understands how their team can support key business priorities for each individual customer they serve.
Essential Job Functions:
Regularly monitors customer needs to establish consulting opportunities. Maintains regular contact with Scientific Games sales, service and marketing groups to establish consulting opportunities. Maintains up-to-date knowledge and understanding of Scientific Games products. Maintains up-to-date skills in use of Scientific Games Systems products. Understands and maintains knowledge of regulatory requirements governing Scientific Games products. Maintains ability to prepare materials and conduct presentations in a professional and knowledgeable manner to customer groups. Establishes contact with customer to evaluate and define activity/project requirements. Completes deliverables for activity/project. Conducts post activity/project assessment of product or deliverable utilization. Prepares regular status reports for management.
Position Requirements
Minimum of five years experience with Scientific Games or gaming business experience with emphasis on training, problem solving and client services. Experience working directly with a Scientific Games CMS/SMS system preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation, organizational and analytical skills as well as excellent people skills and the ability to work within a team preferred. Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Extensive travel required. Must be able to perform job responsibilities. Must possess valid driver's license and valid passport.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Marketing or equivalent business experience.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to sit for long periods of time as well as stand for long periods of time.
Work Conditions:
Extensive travel working in casino customer sites.
