Researching the impact of client marketing strategies in developing brand health and equity by studying category trends, evaluating qualitative and secondary data, commissioning quantitative research (specifically brand tracking), and dissecting market trends. Conducting quantitative research, developing questionnaires, designing sample plan, coordinating data tabulation, auditing data quality, and monitoring program accuracy. Investigating and queering digital, marketing and social listening activity utilizing historical knowledge to evaluate impact of client marketing programs. Working with advanced analytics team to commission modeling efforts to pinpoint market issues and identify market/product opportunities. Working with the Social Media Director to assist in the integration of social listening into the organization workflow - aiding the implementation of training programs. Providing training to help client service team to better leverage social media into proposals and client work - including integration of social media trends in modeling brand KPIs. Aiding the integration and adoption of new social media tools and platforms by using both social media and market research expertise to identify, propose, and select new partners for the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Marketing Research, or related. Three (3) years of experience as Market Research/Project Analyst, Senior/Research Analyst, or related occupation. Must have three (3) years of experience with quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, strategic modeling, project scoping, senior social media expertise, data mining, managing client relationships, analyzing statistical issues, Boolean language, survey. Experience with: Advertising tracking tools (i.e., Competitrack), PR Monitoring tools that include social media coverage (i.e., Trendkite), Competitive advertising spend tools (i.e., Stradegy), Social media monitoring tools (i.e., Netbase, Infegy, Dachis), Video social media monitoring tools (i.e., Unruly), Data analysis software (i.e., SPSS, RFS, U-Tab). Fluency in Spanish required.
