Role Summary:
The Human Resources Operations Supervisor provides operational support across the Human Resources (HR) organization. This role supports the organization through ensuring that key HR initiatives, programs and processes are on track and delivered effectively and efficiently. This role reports to the Chief HR Officer.
Responsibilities:
● Creates and executes project plans to deliver key initiatives to the organization
● Tracks and ensures key target dates and deliverables are met or exceeded and completed within budget
● Partners with all HR disciplines, including Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and HR Business Partners to initiate and drive successful project completion
● Provides project management guidance on initiatives, projects or processes
● Determines (with key stakeholders) appropriate targets and milestones for project work
● Assists in ensuring shared accountability for project milestones and accomplishments
● Provides reporting for key metrics
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
Qualifications and Relevant Skills:
● 6+ years of experience in Human Resources roles
● Knowledge of Human Resources operations and processes
● Able to operate with tact, discretion and sensitivity with respect to confidential information
● Team player with strong work ethic
● Organized and detail-oriented
● Ability to manage a high volume of work by balancing competing deadlines and priorities
● Highly efficient with time management and follow up
● Maintains a professional demeanor and is able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio), performance management, HRIS and applicant tracking systems
