Position Overview
As the Sales Operations Lead, Americas your mission is to partner with the Inside Sales organization in their quest to achieve sales targets selling into Autodesk territory customers. Inside Sales Operations contributes to sales success through process optimization, best practice sharing, and delivering key business insights for decision making. We have the end to end business knowledge to link cross functional teams and build scalable solutions that fuel sales productivity and growth.
Your job is to drive the continued evolution of Inside Sales Operations into a scalable, predictable engine. You will work directly with the Denver based Americas Inside Sales Director, the sales managers, and the managers’ direct reports.
In doing so, you will closely collaborate with stakeholders from Global Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will drive increased sales efficiency and effectiveness with responsibilities including analytics, CRM instrumentation, and pipeline management.
Reporting directly to the Global Inside Sales Ops Lead, you will have an opportunity to directly influence the direction of sales productivity strategy while creating an operationally excellent sales organization. You must be intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and able to identify solutions to complex problems then roll-up your sleeves to drive implementation and track your work’s impact.

Responsibilities
• Work with Sales, Marketing and other teams to Identify problem areas and pain points within the inside sales organization and work with stakeholders to solve and enhance these challenges
• Pro-actively identify issues and solutions to make business flow better for the inside sales teams
• Identify and propose new tools and technology solutions to improve the performance and efficiency of the sales team
• Become a key stakeholder in Autodesk’s Salesforce CRM instance as well as applicable plug-ins – providing key inputs to enhancements and new functionality. Oversee platform new functionality launches, adoption. and training of new hires all with the aim of improving the performance and efficiency of the sales team
• Work closely with the Inside Sales Ops Leads for EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, best practices and facilitate standardization across the global sales organization
• Work on problems of moderate to complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors (frequently with limited or incomplete data)
• Participate in weekly, quarterly and annual sales planning by preparing and supporting the delivery of specific materials related to sales productivity and metrics
Minimum Qualifications
• 3-5 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Operations or a related field, in a complex and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in the analysis, design and improvement of business processes
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
• Intellectual curiosity and a “can do” attitude
• Fast learner with a strong belief in continuous learning
• Excellent communication skills
• Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in SFDC
• Familiarity with BI and Analysis tools: Excel, Einstein, Looker, etc. is a plus
• You are located in Denver, or are willing to commute / relocate
