Position Overview
This role requires someone who has a deep understanding of web, a customer-centric mindset, an aptitude for data and analytics, and the business savvy to drive optimization program at Autodesk. You are able to derive insights from various sources of customer insights to optimize customer experience and conversions. You can take a test concept and work with numerous business and marketing stakeholders to align with business goals, design and make the test a reality, and analyze and convey the findings and inform business decisions. You will drive tests from start to finish, working closely with user experience designers, visual designers, web producers and copywriters to design the experiences.
This role requires someone who is able to not only think strategically and provide business leadership, but also to manage every detail of the execution to ensure a successful outcome.
Responsibilities
• Contribute to an optimization program that rapidly identifies, measures, and iterates tests and continually adopts and shares industry best practices
• Develop test strategy, goals and approach
• The role also involves conducting user research such as usability studies to gain more insight into customer needs
• Manage stakeholder relationships, obtain input and review at key stages, make judgment calls on input, and ensure continued alignment and transparency
• Provide leadership to cross-functional team to develop and execute test experiences. Juggle multiple tasks/priorities to ensure tests are delivered on plan and on time
• Manage overall schedule and resources for tests to ensure project moves along, milestones are delivered on time, deliverables reach the right people at the right times, transparency around project status for all contributors
• Interpret data, draw conclusions and recommendations, and present results to stakeholders and senior management
• Identify and propose high impact testing opportunities based on voice of customer (VOC) feedback or data and help prioritize based on impact as well as customer and business needs
Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years’ experience in web-focused, customer-centric marketing role(s), such as optimization, user research, web marketing, web product management, etc in either a B2B (preferred) or B2C environment
• Familiarity with Adobe Test & Target, Adobe Analytics, usertesting.com. Statistics experience and qualitative study experience preferred
• Outstanding ability to communicate data, context, and implications
• Experience working across a highly matrixed organization, and a strong ability to partner and influence for results
• Optimization, multivariate testing and design of experiments (DOE) experience preferred
• Experience combining deep business knowledge/acumen with data to drive business decisions and maximize ROI/LTV
• BS required, MBA or masters in statistics or equivalent work experience a plus
