Job Summary:
Responsible for the development of the short and long-term strategy forComcast Business Class suite of products. This role will focus onacquisition and management of large multi-site and multi-locationcommercial accounts focusing on the financial services vertical. Provides leadership and direction for multiplefunctional areas. Manages a team of individual contributing accountmanagers. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial andbusiness objectives. Influences, shapes and integrates strategy forfunctional areas.
Core Responsibilities:
• Develops an annual operating budget for Product Sales.
• Leads process improvement initiatives including ensuring appropriatetools are available to assist with sales activities and action steps tofollow in the sales campaign.
• Leads training standards and certifications. Works with team toensure excellence with every customer contact. Leads performance anddevelopment of National Account Team.
• Monitor competitor activity in the marketplace by conductingbenchmarking activities.
• Leads successful implementation of advertising and promotionalactivities. Oversees all sales activities to ensure the success of theCompany's product sales campaign.
• Develop an annual workforce and training plan to help realizeappropriate talent levels to realize sales and organizational
objectives.
• Makes presentations to and negotiates with executive level customers.
• Leads team to achieves and exceed all sales quotas and targets.Oversees incentives and other programs necessary to achieve success.
• Defines and recommends new products and services for marketopportunities.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to worknights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Specification:
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• Business, Marketing
• Generally requires 9+ years related experience (Sales Leadership)
• 5+ years leading national enterprise, new logo acquisitionefforts within the Telecommunications industry
