Within the Global E-commerce organization the Digital Optimization Team is focused on driving research/fact driven changes on our website. The team uses a combination of tools/methods such as web analysis, click-stream analysis, multivariate testing and user research to identify improvement opportunities. You will own specific experiences on the Bose website globally enabling you to identify what, through research, you believe adds most value to to customer experience and to see through changes being implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own eCommerce related experiences on a global scale and identify and project manage recommendations to be implemented on the website
• Perform in-depth analysis of user trends
• Create holistic user behavior insights that use quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Create hypothesis that can be validated by split testing or user session research
• Deliver precise ad hoc web analysis with actionable insights
• Define tagging related requirements (Adobe Analytics) to foresee data points needed to effectively drive analysis
• As the subject matter expert of Analytics, empower the greater eCommerce team to use analysis tools available to them to enable self discovery/utilization of such tools
• Project manage improvement initiatives working in a cross-functional team environment
• Collect insights from the Marketing organization to incorporate high level media trends & insights in analysis
• Foster a collaborative exchange with Marketing insights and digital marketing teams to provide holistic user insights
Skills
• 3-6 years experience in online marketing
• 1-6 years experience in analyzing web data
• Strong attention to detail required
• Ability to question data, critical thinking
• Ability to transform ideas into concrete and clear requirements
• (one or more) MS Excel skills/ BI tools/ Data Visualization tools
• (optional) Heatmap tool (eg. Clicktale/ HotJar, etc.) experience
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Math, Business, or related discipline required.
