Your Next Challenge:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and Annual Revenue reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• In partnership with the FP&A Team and Key Business partners, prepare monthly financial reporting package with P&L variance analysis, key global operational metrics, and fluctuation commentary
• Play key role in Annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecast process, working with both Revenue and Cost side of the P&L
• Consolidate all Board of Director reporting as well as other financial presentations with emphasis on accuracy and meeting timelines
• Drive processes across life cycle from data modeling to consolidation to MD&A for executive leadership team, private equity and debt investors, and Board of Directors
• Maintain complex datasets from multiple sources with integration into a seamless output- look for opportunities to compile data in faster, more accurate, efficient ways.
• Partner closely with business disciplines throughout Getty Images to develop new financial models and perform other ad-hoc analyses that highlight operational and financial opportunities and risks
What You’ll Need:
• 2 - 4 years of direct financial analysis experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred with emphasis in quantitative disciplines such as finance, economics, statistics or accounting
• Excellent analytical and modeling skills, FP&A experience a plus, working with and interpreting large quantities of data and compiling relevant, timely and reliable analysis for key stakeholders
• Highly Skilled in MS Excel and PowerPoint—working knowledge of SQL a big plus.
• Direct experience using Hyperion Essbase or understanding of a multi-dimensional environment is a plus, but not required. Use of other Hyperion products (Planning, Profitability Management) helpful.
• Strong working knowledge of key FP&A processes e.g., budgeting, forecasting, monthly financial analysis and preparation of Board of Director decks/materials.
• Strong appetite for developing in FP&A and Finance
• .Self-motivated individual who is able to prioritize and multi-task, works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
