Job Description
• Coordinate the purchasing of items and services including office supplies, custom promo items, A/V gear, and IT equipment
• Assist with cost analysis, negotiations, and monthly reports
• Review new vendor applications and facilitate the onboarding process
• Work with internal teams on purchasing projects to ensure quality, cost effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services
• Master the purchase requisition process and provide support to all end users
• Assist with travel management (airfare and hotel booking)
• Oversee asset management of gaming consoles and IT hardware
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
• College degree and/or three to five years of experience in a related field
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP system experience (PeopleSoft knowledge desired but not necessary)
• Ability to complete tasks in creative and effective ways to help determine best methods and procedures on new assignments
• Organized, attentive to detail, proactive, adept at managing simultaneous projects
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate communication between multiple departments and external suppliers
