Job Summary:
CCA Campaign Coordinator
As a member of the Clear Channel Airports Clients Services Team, the campaign coordinator plays a critical role in executing campaigns and satisfying related obligations as required by the client and airport contracts. The individual produces deliverables necessary to fulfill customer contracts post-sale, coordinates successful campaign execution through effective communication of status and assignment of tasks, and produces additional deliverables as needed. The campaign coordinator reports to the Airport Client Services Manager and will work closely with the National and Local Sales team as well as various support teams across the country.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conducts extensive and open communications with customers, vendors and internal marketing groups. Acts as a liaison between the Account Executive, client and the graphic house chosen to produce final artwork.
• Works with airport to ensure compliance with all applicable graphic standards.
• Manages and prioritizes multiple projects to meet deadlines and optimizes project performance.
• Facilitate installation of artwork by client contract start date. Maintain contact with clients and graphic houses/vendors throughout established timeline to ensure graphics are installed timely.
◦ Send all specifications to both client and graphics house for contracted locations.
◦ Verify that correct print materials are used per contracted location to the required size.
◦ Advise client on suitable content to ensure maximum advertising effectiveness.
◦ Reiterate to client, production houses, and installers of required time-lines.
◦ Constant review of install pricing to verify price quoting is correct and update as needed.
• Prioritize a large number of tasks based on work required and external due dates to ensure accurate and timely completion of deliverables.
• Enter and retrieve data in various proprietary company systems.
• Respond promptly to inquiries for additional information on deliverable status, as well as requests for additional client-related deliverables to support maintenance of the client relationship.
• Identify risks to accurate and timely fulfillment of client requirements, investigate causes, and communicate findings clearly and professionally to stakeholders, and facilitate resolution as instructed.
• Gather and organize information related to successfully execute client campaigns, including: material status; posting status; proof of performance images and reports; etc.
• Responsible for obtaining proof of performance quality photos for National clients. Must meet established deadlines.
• Maintain good working relationship with preferred graphic houses and verify that they meet standards of contracts.
• Review records and documents, such as client media and installation contracts, to identify and understand requirements.
• Produce lists and tables in Microsoft Excel according to client specifications.
• Produce reports on Preferred Vendors monthly, quarterly and annual production and commissions.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• Associates Degree or equivalent is required.
Experience
• 1-2 years minimum relevant experience in administration, project management, customer service or similar field.
• General graphic design, printing and material knowledge is helpful but not required.
Skills
• Proficiency with a variety of basic office computing tasks, including: Excellent speed with keyboard and mouse, especially the ability to learn keyboard shortcuts and menu options in new applications. Quick data entry and formatting in Microsoft Excel. Comfortable using multiple displays to compare and transfer information. Familiar with basic edits like cropping and highlighting.
• Basic understanding of project management concepts, including deadlines, dependencies and status updates.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balance changing priorities.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Proactive in problem identification and problem solving.
• Professional writing skills and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Excellent customer service skills.
