Job Summary:
The Programmatic Account Manager is responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and management of Clear Channel Outdoor’s industry-leading programmatic approach, across our roadside & airport inventory footprints. This role interfaces closely with the technology, ad operations, data & analytics, sales and sales support teams to ensure Clear Channel Outdoor has the product and process infrastructure in place to meet the needs of programmatic buyers.
Job Responsibilities
• Support existing programmatic activity in conjunction with supply-side platform partners and DSPs, optimizing campaigns and analyzing results on a micro (campaign) and macro (business unit) level.
• Understand all platform UIs and reporting functions; produce ad hoc reporting upon request.
• Proactively work with partners and platforms to maximize revenue.
• Manage project and campaign-level deliverables across internal and partner stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on assistance with any escalations as they pertain to ad implementation, creative issues & troubleshooting, ad tagging, third party integrations, inventory and/or campaigns delivery discrepancies.
• Provide programmatic trafficking support as needed.
• Liase with the data team to review research study outcomes and communicate solutions/ optimizations with advertisers.
• Communicate with sales team to expand revenue streams for existing accounts.
• Other projects & duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Businesss, Marketing, Technology or related field.
Work Experience
• Three+ years working across functions in the media agency, publisher or OOH media-owner space in a media planning, media buying or account management capacity.
• One+ year working in a programmatic-heavy or programmatic-centric role, working with ad technology (i.e. platforms, products, and monetization) and managing ad campaigns.
• Experience with OOH-specific ad tech like Vistar, Broadsign, etc. a plus
Skills
• Has an understanding of the principles of ad serving, analytics, programmatic, RTB / DSPs / SSPs / DMPs
• Knowledge and understanding of common ad serving and supply- side programmatic systems, such as Google DFP/AdX, AppNexus, OpenX, Rubicon Project.
• Solid understanding of relevant campaign metrics (foot traffic, reach frequency, tune-in, etc.)
• Advanced technology skills and well-versed in Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media platforms.
