The role:
The Ticketmaster Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the setup and maintenance of digital ad campaigns and native promotions on Live Nation Entertainment properties.
Primary responsibilities:
• Accountable for day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, reporting and campaign optimization
• Build and manage digital campaigns in Google DFP, LiveIntent, Adzerk and other platforms
• Test creative for compliance to site specifications as well as functionality
• Optimize campaigns based on projections and traffic trends to ensure delivery on all orders
• Interact with in-house and external creative developers to execute rich media units (including pushdowns and video)
• Work closely with campaign stakeholders to establish timelines and requirements for proper and timely execution
• Monitor continued functionality of all creative on multiple operating systems and mobile
• Liaison between our Fan Experience and Marketing organizations to ensure that effective native promotion strategies are executed so that relevant and contextual events are served to fans
• Maximize revenue and engagement through the effective management of valuable real estate on Ticketmaster digital properties.
• Provide regular communication to the broader organization, including performance against KPIs and direction on strategies that have or have not been effective.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years related experience in on-line advertising environment, campaign management/traffic role preferred
• Possess an exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational and analytic skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, working often with several departments
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn
• Must be adept at prioritizing, following and keeping track of multiple requests while clearly communicating progress to all parties involved
• Excellent knowledge of ad operations procedures, troubleshooting, and web page composition
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Understanding of HTML coding and logic a plus
• Experience using ad serving software (DFP, LiveIntent, Adzerk) and Google Analytics preferred
• Experience with IAS, DCM, Moat, DoubleVerify and ComScore reporting
• BA/BS preferred
