Senior Financial Analyst, Sales Finance

Position Overview
The Strategic Planning Team is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated finance professional to help drive enhanced analysis and digitization of the annual planning process. This position is focused on developing and maintaining subscriptions, billings, pricing, revenue and ARR analysis, that provides insightful color of company results and helps identify key drivers of future performance.
Responsibilities
• Provide strategic and tactical support on annual budgeting and planning process
• Manage quarter end executive reporting and presentations, support quarterly operations review, quarterly business review
• Build financial models to drive insightful color of business performances, and provide regular and ad hoc analysis
• Establish strong partnership with financial analysis team, sales finance directors, and finance business partners to provide revenue, billings, subscriptions and ARR and forecast support for the assigned business group
• Communicate effectively to finance director and finance business partner around processes update, key deliverables, and timelines per requirements from WWS Finance HQ and/or Corporate FP&A
• Work across functions to drive efficient processes and systems, and leverage best practices
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA, CFA, or CPA a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of related experience
• Financial planning & analysis experience is highly preferred
• Experience building or maintaining financial models
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong aptitude for, experience with, and comfortable learning financial software (e.g. Anaplan, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Tableau etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential
• High energy, self-motivated, and willingness to working towards firm deadlines
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• Learns quickly from mistakes

• Strong aptitude for financial planning and analysis, building and delivering reliable, accurate and timely financial data, modeling and analysis, and being able to understand and articulate business impact beyond numbers
