Job Description
The Associate Director leads a team of experts across all facets of digital campaign execution in support of client business goals. Additionally, the AD is responsible for coordinating outputs across several cross-functional teams inclusive of strategy, data architecture, analytics & insights, and operations. We also expect the AD to lead strategic innovation in the digital and innovation space.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide media expertise, share media knowledge and provide continuous feedback with frequent client interaction
• Develop digital media strategies and oversee tactical digital approach
• Daily management of cross-functional team (media direct reports, analytics, ad operations) and deliverables
• Daily maintenance of assigned accounts (billing issues, budget revisions, etc.)
• Planning, buying, and negotiation of media (desktop, mobile, programmatic, emerging digital platforms)
• Steward campaign pacing and optimization
• Work closely with Supervisor(s) to ensure professional growth
• Craft post campaign reports/decks alongside analytics and insight teams
• Stay apprised of industry standards, new media programs/trends, and competitive landscape
• Provide continuous thought leadership to clients – specifically in the digital, tech, and data spaces
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a Media Supervisor or Associate Director with a focus on digital
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Deep working knowledge of third-party ad servers/reporting functions (DoubleClick, Innovid, etc.)
• Working knowledge of the DSP & DMP landscape
• Knowledge of Prisma media management tool
• Solid presentation skills
• Media agency experience
• Experience working on Retail, CPG or Performance driven brands a plus
