Job Description
• Provide SuccessFactors maintenance support for Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules (configuration set up, business processes and security)
• Resolve system issues for Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules as escalated by users
• Support other SuccessFactors modules as needed
• Participate in the regular review and prioritization of HR systems configuration projects
• Participate in SuccessFactors implementation projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization
• Participate in SuccessFactors system updates including functional enhancement reviews and testing
• Under the direction of HRIS Manager, partner with other team members to manage the delivery of small HR systems projects including configuration changes and functionality deployment (including configuration, testing, documentation, peer review, sign off, training, change management etc.)
• Participate in system testing; responsibilities include test scripts development and execution, testing resources coordination and test completion metrics compilation
• Provide training to end users during project rollout as needed
• Coordinate with business owners and other HRIS team members to develop future state HR Systems Road Map
• Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems
• Develop and maintain system and program administration documentation; update documentation on a frequent basis
• Identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes, systems, and reports
• Conduct troubleshooting analysis; Document system errors and issues clearly/with screenshots; escalates for review & ticket creation
Job Summary
The Senior HRIS Analyst reports to the HRIS Manager and will function as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst. This position is primarily responsible for the administration of the Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules and will also support other SuccessFactors modules as needed.
Qualifications
• Degree in economics, statistics, human resources, finance, information technology or related field or equivalent experience
• At least 5+ years of applicable HR system experience
• System administration experience of SuccessFactors systems strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of HR systems and processes, Staffing/Recruiting/ATS systems preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong database management skills including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data
Education
Bachelors or Equivalent
