Job Summary
This role will be supporting our new Market Engagement organization reporting directly to the New Build Account Executive Manager. Under the general direction of their direct management, the Field Representative is responsible for supporting the regional account executives, for the Texas regions which presently accounts for 86% of new build activity. This will be a crucial support role in supporting the capture of new market share for this region. This role will be the spend much of its time out in the field for its assigned regions.
Responsibilities
• Would handle project ride-outs
• Complete project sweeps, including updating lot and home counts
• Project creation and entry into Workfront
• Gathering plats and project info
• Preparation of project detail reports
• Address validation
• Coordination with Direct Sales teams and Construction on address releases
• Joint trench coordination
• Footprint expansion projects
Qualifications / Requirements
Management Skills
• Strong ability for self-management of day to day tasking and time scheduling
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior management, peers, staff, vendors, and contractors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust priorities based on workload and direction from management
Technical/Functional Competencies
• Demonstrated ability to resolve roadblocks to delivery in multi-organization teams where no direct management responsibility exists
• Drivers license and ability to spend long periods in vehicle
• Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
Key Experiences/Achievements
• HS or Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in construction or business development
