Summary: Support Vice President, Photo Publicity and Photo Publicity staff by screening and routing calls, maintain Photo department calendar, generating unit coverage assignment sheets, vendor bills, contact lists, fulfill press photo requests, and basic retouching of images.
Responsibilities:
• Support VP, Photo Publicity by screening and routing calls, maintain Photo department calendar, etc.
• Generate and file all unit coverage Photo Assignment sheets.
• Fulfill press photo requests.
• Color correcting and retouching images as needed for events or series.
• Sends contracts to photographers through out the year.
• Assist at screenings, TCA, and any additional special events.
• Contribute and maintain daily clip packet for Publicity.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience.
• Previous work experience with photography and photo processing.
• Must be aware of in Adobe Creative Suite, Bridge, Photo Mechanic.
• Should understand ftp site usage.
• Must be proficient in MAC OS system as well as Microsoft PC system.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
