The Payroll Administrator reports to the Global Payroll Manager and requires a highly energetic, self-motivated and ambitious individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a high growth environment. In this role, you will set the strategic vision for the function, provide direct support and partner up with key stakeholders in our Finance, Accounting, Legal and People teams. You'll also be a key point of contact for employees to ensure they are well educated and informed about our equity program and processes. What you’ll do:
• Audit data integrity between Workday HRIS and ADP Payroll to ensure both systems are in sync on a quarterly and annual basis
• Audit payrolls on a semi-monthly cycle before payrolls are released for processing
• Partner with payroll analysts on the payroll team to process domestic payrolls
• Lead year-end to ensure a smooth year-end to provide accurate W2's
• Collaborate with teams within the organization like HR, Equity and Business Systems
• Monitor email inquiries from the payroll@ inbox and respond to employees and participate in payroll projects and opportunities as assigned
• Ensure HR, Benefit and Payroll changes are processed, accurate funding occurs for all accounts, tax remittance, general ledger balancing, month-end close and Management Reporting is completed in a timely manner
What we’re looking for:
• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Finance/Accounting
• 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar position in a private company (Public company experience is a plus)
• FPC designation preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with Equity, Schwab and Workday is a plus
