Job Summary
The Security & Profile Specialist is an integral member of our Application Support team, reporting into the VP of Client Services. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining security profiles for Prisma, our Digital Media Management platform. This includes identifying, defining, and implementing groups and their corresponding user-profiles for both the Agency’s employees, as well as, external parties. The Specialist will steward our Master Data, Campaign Setups, RFP’s, and Buy Authorizations. Liaising with our Business, Financial, and Media Operations teams will be essential for the creation and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
As a member of the Client Services organization, an inherent desire to provide guidance, problem analysis/resolution, as well as documentation, is required. These core tenants will drive enhancements in processes and workflows, ensuring a stable, efficient, and secured environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• 20% Security & Profiles Stewardship
◦ Collaborate with internal stakeholders on media application security processes
◦ Define security requirements based on contractual obligations, in partnership with internal stakeholders
◦ Develop and maintain security profiles groups and settings
◦ Ability to troubleshoot security issues
• 20% Campaign Setups
◦ Add Clients, Products, and Client Office Codes
◦ Adding Fee Line Items
• 15% RFP Management
◦ Facilitate the RFP process: including workflow, customizations, vendor/agency communications
• 15% Buy Authorizations
◦ Clients that require line-items for Agency Commission (or optimization/reserve fee), must use Buy Authorizations outside of the system
• 30% Day-to-Day Support (i.e. Insertion Orders, Trafficking, Optimization & Reporting, and Reconciliation)

Knowledge and Skills Required
• Experienced with a strong understanding of the Advertising and Media industry, specializing in Mediaocean Prisma (some Spectra OX)
• Strong knowledge of Ad Serving technology platforms (DCM, Sizmek, Mediamind, Pointroll, etc.)
• Business Writing (Written and Verbal Communication; End-User Documentation; Administrator Documentation)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritize support requests
• Strong desire and passion to establish and maintain relationships with other departments across an organization as well as with external Vendors and Partners
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office suite
• Fairly proficient with MediaTools/SQAD
• Knowledge of Strata/Freewheel SBMS and VIEW
• Some experience use of SQL queries; Business Intelligence (BI) (i.e. Advanced Reporting products, Microsoft SQL Studio, etc.)
