The Business Information Systems Analyst provides production support to the technical applications and platforms that assist our Accounting/Finance teams in their day to day operations.
Responsibilities Include:
• Provides production support to the business in the following areas
◦ Account Payable
◦ Account Receivables
◦ Billing
◦ Fixed Assets
◦ General Ledger
◦ Month End close
◦ Access to applications
◦ Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Responsible for understanding & supporting the Accounting processes & procedures used by iHeartmedia Accounting & BIS Analyst Teams; end to end.
• Assists with System Maintenance and Upgrades
• User administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments, etc.
• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules in coordination with Accounting Leadership
• Troubleshoot application issues that occur
• Support end users with all iHeartmedia technical issues related to Accounting Applications
• Assist with general IT support as necessary to support iHeartmedia Accounting teams
• Assist in creating and maintaining all Knowledge Base documentation for Accounting Operations Support team, including documentation of processes and best practices
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education and Experience:
• 1-2 years’ experience as a business specialist and/or accounting/financial application administration specialist
• 1-2 years’ experience with operational usage of Accounting/Financials application
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials Application administration preferred
• Prior Support Desk experience resolving software and data issues a plu
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
• Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
