Position Summary:
Working from our office in Columbia, MD, the Senior Demand Generation Analyst with work with the marketing team to manage effective lead nurture programs to acquire new families across all lines of business at Pearson Online and Blended Learning. The person in this position experience across email marketing, content marketing and paid social channels. In addition, the Senior Demand Generation Analyst should have a proven track record working with cross-functional teams and internal and external marketing resources, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and analyzing and reporting on performance. This key team member should be a high energy, self-starter with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills and the ability to impact performance across the entire marketing funnel.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Work with the team to define the Demand Gen nurture strategy including email and social media content plans to drive lead to enrollment conversion rate
• Manage agency efforts for all lead nurture advertising campaign elements, including ad copy, creative direction/images, list targeting and optimization techniques required to run successful, cost effective ads to achieve established goals.
• Work with the internal analytics team and external agency to define and implement nurture campaigns tracking and measurement
• Lead execution of lead nurture efforts for partner programs and international private school
• Proactively work with our external agency to ensure we meet all deadlines in the campaign development schedule
• Responsible for ensuring all campaigns deployed are tagged correctly to track leads and ROI in Google Analytics
• Assist with online marketing budget planning, optimization, invoicing and reconciliation, to ensure all online marketing efforts are completed within the allocated budget as cost-effectively as possible
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 5 years of email and content development experience, including content planning and execution
• Experience with online advertising including remarketing and social paid media advertising
• Understanding of online marketing best practices and platforms such as AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Salesforce a must
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong commitment to timelines, accuracy and professionalism
• Team player and positive attitude in a results-driven environment
• Extensive knowledge of online and mobile marketing landscape and trends
• Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with all levels of management
