Overview

We are looking for a team oriented Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for the sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening, interviewing and scheduling of a myriad of candidates, primarily Sales and Service, for specific Canon Solutions America locations across multiple states in the Southeast Zone.
Individual must have strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with co-workers, employees, and applicants and develop effective partnerships with hiring managers and understand their business needs. Responsibilities
• Source candidates by utilizing social media and other Internet tools, employee referrals, cold calling, advertising, job fairs, and networking.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates.
• Pre-screen candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers, follow up with candidates and assist with the decision-making process.
• Ensure candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of job responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, growth opportunities and company history/future.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, skills, knowledge and abilities necessary for each open position.
• Remain in compliance with HR Laws and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Special projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of high-volume recruiting experience, with a proven track record of performance, Sales recruiting a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management and organizational skills
• Must be detail oriented and have a sense of urgency while working in a team environment
• Experience in using the Internet and other candidate sourcing tools for recruiting
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Agency experience a plus
