Sr Human Resource Business Partner – Customer Success Organization
The Opportunity
Autodesk is seeking an innovative, experienced and results-driven Human Resources professional to work with the Customer Success Organization. The position will partner directly with members of the organization responsible for driving customer renewals and adoption. In this role, the individual will drive organizational and company HR programs and initiatives including organizational change, workforce planning and development, and performance management practices. This position is based in San Francisco, California.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Participate as a strategic business partner and change agent.
• Drive organizational structure, content of jobs, and establishment of performance standards.
• Manage organization-wide HR programs and initiatives (e.g., compensation & benefit review, equity programs, workforce planning, training & development, retention and engagement strategies, and organizational change).
• Partner with the extended HR team to bring in HR functional specialists in training, compensation, organizational design, and staffing as appropriate.
• Provide analysis to management on a variety of HR related measures, recommend and implement improvements to achieve and deliver improved results.
• Manage performance management and employee relations issues by acting as a resource to employees and managers by providing guidance and counsel. This requires collaboration with local Geo HR partners. Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of work-related problems and issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Conduct confidential internal HR related investigations as needed.
• Oversee and facilitate the focus on executive, leadership and management development. Ensure comprehensive development and succession plans are in place for key positions. Drive manager and employee development efforts throughout client groups including leading skills development workshops, encouraging participating in training and development, and working with managers to create individual professional development plans.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressively complex human resources experience required preferably in a high tech global environment.
• Ability to work as and be viewed as a trusted business partner to the organization
• Strong leadership skills and demonstrated success influencing at senior levels in multiple organizations.
• Demonstrated success operating at a strategic level along with extensive knowledge of HR policies and practices, compensation and benefits, organization change and effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose the systemic issues and look at holistic solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate, contribute and thrive within a fast-paced team environment
• Must be able to navigate through ambiguity and constant change.
• Experience working in organizations of high growth and global complexity.
• B.S./B.A or equivalent in HR, business or related field.
