Bose Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Miami Florida area. This individual will be responsible for managing overall sales performance and customer experience within a single storefront. Responsibilities include; Delivering financial growth targets (quota), collaborating with partner account leadership, maintaining rigorous merchandising standards, training retail salespeople, driving and making sales of Bose products, creating a positive Bose experience with customers and with storefront staff. Successful candidates will establish strong partnerships with the account and create advocacy for the Bose brand and products.
The ideal Customer Experience Specialist has; strong drive and internal motivation, a passion for sales/financial performance, is engaging, energetic, and enjoys working in a retail environment. Desired experience will include proven sales results, and training/group presentation experience.
Candidates will need to work well within a remote-team environment.
Minimum of 3 years related work experience in the consumer electronics industry and/or retail sales is required. Applicants will need to be competent with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and have experience with Apple products such as iPod and iPad devices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred, but not required.
