Townsquare Media St. Cloud is looking for a Multi-Media Reporter. You will be working at a heritage news/talk St. Cloud radio station, in greater Minnesota’s largest radio newsroom. You must know the value of working your beats, and being out in the community.
Responsibilities
• Cover assigned news stories.
• Pitch new story ideas.
• Monitor for breaking news events.
• Help update website with local/state news.
Qualifications
• Goal oriented, never satisfied, extremely competitive, a strong work ethic and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong writing ability.
• Ability to use social media platforms to promote stories.
• The successful candidate will be smart, curious, tenacious, entrepreneurial, independent, passionate, and enthusiastic, and work with urgency to meet deadlines.
• Ability to shoot and edit video stories.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle required.
