The Implementation Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing the Amplify Science and ELA suite of products for all levels of end users. The role ensures customers receive all products and services purchased and that all stakeholders needs are met. The Specialist will then act as a liaison between the customer and other internal groups within Amplify, serving as the “face” of the ongoing relationship, focusing on proactive support and ensuring their customers’ success with the product.
Responsibilities of the Implementation Support Specialist:
• Coordinate multiple aspects of new business service delivery to customers, including shipments of materials and technology setup. Customers are usually school districts, which can include up to hundreds of individual schools and tens of thousands of teacher and student users
• Ensure customer is provided with in-depth, initial knowledge of customer products and services
• Identify unique characteristics of each new account using excellent attention to detail and an ability to “read between the lines” in ongoing communications
• Answer customer support pertaining to product technology and pedagogy
Basic Qualifications of the Implementation Support Specialist:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years’ experience with Customer Service
• Proven experience using MS Office suite, Google Apps, and SalesForce
Preferred Qualifications of the Implementation Support Specialist:
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Experience in a IT/Help Desk Support environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate and communicate between multiple stakeholders
