Marketing Manager- Industry & Infrastructure | Atlanta, GA
Informa’s Price Digests produces the leading data products for the commercial vehicle industry, enabling workflows and driving critical decisions for B2B professionals within the insurance, finance, and fleet owner verticals. As a brand currently entering high growth mode, we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to create and drive the go-to-market strategy and long-term success of new features, pilots and products launched by our brands.
As Marketing Manager, you will craft product positioning and messaging to communicate the value of our products to the market. You will experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to increase the number of leads and overall lead quality. The Marketing Manager will be expected to constantly evolve the marketing strategy - by talking to users and analyzing key metrics – in a constant effort to increase conversion and retention.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop and constantly refine the positioning and messaging for Price Digests products, including web-based applications and APIs.
• Complete customer and competitive research to influence product strategy and drive effective messaging.
• Lead product launches and ongoing promotion in collaboration with the entire marketing team and the broader go-to-market team, including sales.
• Generate high quality content for prospective and existing customers including emails, blog posts, graphics, webinar content, landing pages, social media, product videos and more
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to drive marketing qualified leads through campaign activities to targeted customers for your product.
• Align with the Marketing & Sales teams to articulate product value proposition, and champion the product both internally and externally. Become the resident Subject Matter Expert on designated products, markets served, and support sales efforts through client presentations, product decks, RFP responses etc.
• Track product marketing metrics and manage to goals.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally within information services or data products.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with an appreciation for detail and persuasion. Creativity a plus.
• Experience using modern digital marketing technologies for webpage development, digital advertising, web analytics and marketing automation
• Deep understanding of subscription data and software business models.
• Strong project management experience and skills. Highly organized and attentive to detail.
• Ability to self-direct and work individually, as well as with a team.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization internally and externally.
• Team player who brings a sense of positive energy and the ability to influence, inspire and motivate cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to construct and evaluate different business model approaches to maximize ROI.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in subject matter area: Commercial vehicle industries; Data/risk/BI products
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, similar tools
• Pragmatic Marketing certification
