Job Summary

America's Job Exchange (AJE), a wholly owned subsidiary of NaviSite, Spectrum Enterprise, is a leading OFCCP compliance and diversity recruitment provider to over 1000 Fortune 2000 customers. We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Participate in the development of and lead the day to day execution of AJE’s customer marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Plan and execute webinars, including serving as point of contact for guest speakers and performing all post-event follow-up and reporting.
• Assist in planning SEM, SEO and paid acquisition campaigns, manage the day to day activities and optimize/report on campaigns.
• Manage social media channels and blog, research and recommend content topics, write posts and research guest authors.
• Manage contacts, set-up campaigns, import lists and run reports in Salesforce.
• Execute campaigns in Constant Contact and other marketing applications.
• Provide support in the planning and development of quarterly newsletter and monthly emails, write content and research topics.
• Assist in conferences and event planning, manage the logistics and serve as point of contact for vendors.
• Assist in building a content library including case studies, white papers and articles.
• Write content for marketing materials, website, and social media as needed.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure website content is accurate and updated.
• Work on other projects as needed per manager.
Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in lead generation and content development.
• BA/BS Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Salesforce experience
• Experience in Google AdWords, Analytics, WordPress, Constant Contact, HubSpot a plus.
• Team player with natural collaboration skills, but also comfortable with and able to work independently.
• Strong writing, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and managing deadlines, willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Ability to effectively update manager and internal stakeholders on campaign status and results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a willingness to learn new technology/tools as needed.
