Blizzard Entertainment is looking for an Logistics Administrator to join the Consumer Products department. The Consumer Products team extends the Blizzard Entertainment brands to consumer products via licensing partnerships and direct channels.
The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and time-management skills, and a strong sense of commitment to and personal ownership of the responsibilities assigned to them. This position will collaborate a great deal across various stakeholders across the company to establish and proactively support the management of inventory levels, PO processing, and contract administration for Blizzard Consumer Products’ direct business channels.
Responsibilities
• Issues and oversees all product inventory purchase orders from start to finish upon completion of financial approvals.
• Review and track price quotes and draft Manufacturing Services Agreements.
• Work closely with various Activision and Blizzard teams, including; Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and more.
• Continuously communicate to all team members on production updates, approvals & issues.
• Assist with tracking licensee payments and royalties.
• Facilitate the creation of new SKUs with our warehouse team.
• Monitor employee store sales and replenish shelves with fresh stock.
• Handle other duties and special projects per management request.
• Communicate status updates with manager and Irvine HQ team on a weekly basis.
• Assist team with special events and additional projects as assigned.
Requirements
• 2+ years of professional, administrative, detail-oriented work experience
• Ability to successfully manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the ecommerce, retail, consumer products, legal, entertainment, or other relevant industries
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office programs
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work and thrive in a creative environment
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment with various additional internal teams
• Creativity and complex problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Ability to be adaptable in a constantly evolving work environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
Pluses
• Experience with international business operations
• Experience overseeing and completing purchase orders for both hardlines and softlines
• Knowledge and passion for Blizzard games and franchises
