The Partner Success team delivers through operational excellence and technical expertise to streamline our customer lifecycle and drive continuous improvement to scale. We will work to understand, automate and scale cross-functional workflows. We will be responsible for measuring process effectiveness, making our business more efficient with consistent execution and embark on building the next generation of data-driven operations.
What you’ll do:
• Develop, manage, execute, and drive end-to-end campaign delivery strategies including repeatable processes for testing and measuring for relevance and return on client KPIs, and day-to-day tactics that maintain industry-leading digital conversion rates and overall margins.
• Manage and implement processes associated with campaign delivery/management, ad operations, trafficking, margin analysis, inventory and campaign lifecycle management.
• Work closely with Sales and Account Management to understand and deliver on client’s desired campaign metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to continuously focus on ensuring revenue retention, increasing renewal rates and advertising spend and apply campaign optimization strategies.
• Manage and communicate processes and metrics to enable a highly transparent, credible and impactful function.
• Lead ongoing initiatives to continually drive greater automation/efficiency of complex, multifaceted workflows and processes.
What we’re looking for:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with analytics and strategy for organizations
• Exceptional leadership in advertising implementation and related concepts
• Solid technical foundation with relevant experience in Display/Mobile/shopping advertising technologies to assemble, modify and troubleshoot ad tags and creative delivery integrations.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and are independently capable of seeking information, corralling resources, and delivering results without waiting for direction.
• A structured and detail-oriented thinker. You’re as comfortable solving conceptual problems and creating frameworks to refine a team’s thinking as you are getting into the weeds to understand how things work.
• Strong communication skills. You can move seamlessly between conversing with engineers or frontline ops employees and lead presentations with senior executives.
