SUMMARY:
Assist the Director of Human Resources with identifying/attracting new candidates for open positions within the organization. Will conduct interviews with potential candidates to determine skills/abilities and fit within the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans
• Network through community contacts, social media, educational facilities to identify and attract candidates
• Attend community job fairs and assist with planning internal job fairs as needed
• Develop and track measurable criteria regarding recruiting, turnover, and retention
• Manage applicant tracking system to ensure that open positions are properly posted and candidates are reviewed/managed in a timely fashion.
• Schedule/conduct interviews with potential candidates.
• Meet with department/hiring managers regularly to ensure that job descriptions and recruiting plans are accurate and reflective of current needs.
• Other duties may be assigned
