JOB TITLE: Sr Document Imaging Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates daily activities of Document Imaging processes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Reviews invoices, payable vouchers and other documents routing to correct database or workflow system
Coordinates scanning operations, data capture, routing, indexing and storage
Creates and maintains optical character recognition templates for all applications within Kofax
Ability to support all scanning applications; current and future state
Coordinates the Document Imaging department schedules of workflow and estimated overtime for special projects
Works with departments coordinating the efficient transfer of scanned documents
Identifies, researches and resolve issues, errors, missing data, and transmission problems
Maintains records and files in accordance with established filing system
Trains new staff; provides guidance as needed
Performs other duties as requested by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills / Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, accounts payable applications) Scanning applications such as Kofax
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Education
College course work in accounting, related field, or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
Experience with scanning and retention software specifically Kofax and OnBase 3-5 years
Accounts payable experience 3-5 years
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills / Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of accounting theory and procedures
Knowledge of cable television products and services
WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
Exposure to moderate noise levels
