Job Summary:
Will work closely with Product Marketing, DPMO, Finance, Tech Ops, Service Delivery and Care functions to help manage and execute programs with the IS teams that effect the billing systems, product/service ordering platforms and frontline employees. In addition, will manage operational components related to customer impacting programs originating within the marketing function such as Contract Management and Value Add Promotional Strategies. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops process and procedures to drive department efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Act as the Project Manager for Sales/Marketing Operations and Division/National Marketing Operations PMO led projects
• Act as West Division Marketing Point of Contact for Offer Management System requests initiated by Product Marketing, DPMO, Finance, Tech Ops, Service Delivery and Care that require code build and marketing consideration to ensure successful, on time and accurate implementation
• Liaison between West Division Product Marketing and Strategy, DPMO, IS and EPC teams in conjunction with West Division IS to carry out initiatives in our product/service ordering platforms beyond the billing system
• Work directly with West Division IS Billing Ops, Implementation & EPC to determine configuration and implementation of billing and rate codes in our billing systems and product/service ordering platforms to ensure the needs of Product Marketing, Finance, and Order Entry Experience are met
• Manage prioritization of projects/tasks based on value to the business, customer, and frontline impact
• Provides research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new project
• Work cross functionally in order to identify product/offers build upstream / downstream impacts and ensure the end-to-end solution is built in a way that meets business goals and timelines while promoting a positive internal / external customer experience
• Translate product eligibility requirements and gating needs while considering regional nuances (product availability, competitive variations, bulk properties, regulated charges, etc.) and their impacts from strategic plan into executable offer configuration in the billing system and product/service ordering platforms
• Provide guidance and recommended solutions to complex technical issues. Drive issues through closure engaging all appropriate resources
• Owns/performs the continuing review of all current processes and supporting tools/systems for formulation of future enhancements to efficiently accomplish business goals
• Create metric systems to track operational workflows, maintain records of results and feedback. Analyze operations data, identify opportunity areas, and provide actionable insight to management
• Manage and maintain the Marketing Database for West Division product codes and their requests including multiple displays/outputs
• Manages the preparation and implementation of systems/platform, operational policies, offer standards, best practices and procedures including design of source documents, technical direction of operations, back-up methods, and reports
• Partner with Care/Sales Channels on training, process changes, escalations, and ongoing improvements to the work flow
Core Responsibilities:
• Tracks and manages marketing expenses in order to ensure that they are within budget parameters.
• Manages local promotions and event marketing; coordinates with direct sales staff.
• Translates business needs into analysis designs providing insight, knowledge, and understanding of customers, products, and industries.
• Develops and maintains demographic and other market data as needed in order to support marketing goals.
• Gathers and communicates marketing campaign information and subscriber feedback in order to promote a common understanding of marketing campaigns, changes, and issues.
• Analyzes subscriber numbers and packages and revenue to determine performance compared to budget.
• Develops financial models in designing packaging and pricing to ensure competitive position in market.
• Creates reporting to measure success of marketing programs.
• Assists with maintaining and improving ongoing marketing programs, analyses, and reports.
• Develops new ideas and communicates potential uses for analytics across the business.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Requirements:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Years' Experience: Generally requires 6-9 years related experience
Additional Requirements:
• Strong demonstrated proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint required
• CSG billing system experience a plus
• Telecommunications industry experience a plus
