Leading entertainment and sports agency, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), which represents many of the most successful professionals working in television, film, music, theatre, video games, sports, and digital content, seeks an Assistant for our Creative Services department.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-college professional experience and a strong desire to learn about the Entertainment and Sports industries from the inside. Some experience and/or education in the creative, production or marketing fields is preferred, but not required. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and understands client service.
In this role, the Assistant will have daily contact with all CAA divisions as they support the Head of Creative Services with a high volume of scheduling, administrative support, project management, phone calls, travel coordination, and special projects.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree required
-One year of post-college professional experience working in a fast-paced environment
-Friendly, professional, enthusiastic manner
-Excellent organizational, communication and follow-up skills
-Desire to learn
-Passion for problem-solving and solutions
-Understanding of and appreciation for client service
-Outstanding computer skills
-Desire to be part of an organization that values teamwork
