Essential Job Functions:
• Assist with social media communication strategy and implementation
• Assist with media relations
• Assist with CRM program and creative brief development
• Assist with in-park marketing creative development
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage call activity
• Communicate event details to the appropriate departments
• Serve guests at events when necessary
• Serve as guest relations at offsite events
• Assist Marketing and Sales Manager with office assignments
• Other duties as assigned to support the park
Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to address multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to interact effectively with a diverse array of team members and desire to assist with and resolve questions, problems, issues and concerns
• Strong communications, problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable speaking in front of large groups
• Flexible schedule availability, including holidays and weekends
• Ability to work independently and as part of the sales team
• Previous office experience preferred with strong computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with social media platforms and tools preferred
Physical Demands:
• Requires sitting and standing for long periods of time, ability to walk long distances within the park and exposure to variable outside temperatures, including high heat.
