Responsibilities
• Assist in managing the daily operations of incentive compensation reporting, incentive plan documents and ad-hoc incentive compensation reports.
• Provide program and plan administration, conduct analysis, distribute reports, provide support and reporting on incentive and bonus plans.
• Submit monthly payout file to payroll.
• Manage monthly corporate incentive accrual
• Analyze the performance of the incentive plans and communicate information on the performance.
• Demonstrate professional behavior and teamwork. Punctual, dependable and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Provide other miscellaneous support to the business including:
◦ Generating monthly reports, tracking overall program goals/objectives conducting scenario analysis
◦ Research exceptions and discrepancies and provide feedback
◦ Research and resolution of transaction issues
◦ Research and resolution of other employee sales compensation issues
◦ Research and resolution of commission bonus policy related inquiries
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 1 to 2 years business experience in a related finance/sales analyst position
• Excel modeling skills and intermediate Microsoft Office
• Strong aptitude for research
• Solid analytical and decision making skills
• Able to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours periodically
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple assignments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Very customer service oriented
• Exceptional quantitative skills with a commitment to accuracy and details
• Basic understanding of financial and accounting statements and concepts
• Prior Oracle experience is a plus
