Sr. Director, Sales Finance
Responsibilities:
• Provide business partner support to the World Wide Sales and Marketing Leadership team
• The Finance Director is responsible for the WW Consolidation of the Sales Forecast and Plan
• Develop and monitor the Sales team annual budgets and monthly forecasts, which shall include establishing budgets, managing expenses, and providing recommendations to the business partners.
• Assist in preparing analysis, commentary and presentation material for the monthly, quarterly financials, business review meetings and BOD material
• Provide a high level of thought process to drive improvement; recommend areas for improvement and lead projects to enhance the reporting and analytical infrastructure
• Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed
• Work cross functionally to support departmental leadership. Oversee forecasting and planning reporting and analytics, and decision support
• Assesses ongoing FP&A processes and tools for continuous improvement and automation opportunities
• Support accounting team in certain close procedures
• Support the long-range financial planning process, partnering with the Corporate Strategy to develop financial plans to execute against company priorities
• Ad-hoc analysis
• Manage a team of three
• Help develop and grow the capabilities and talent of our team
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of Sales Finance experience, managing a global organization across different business groups
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and build complex models (in excel and other planning applications)
• Must have Experience using Hyperion Planning
• Advanced financial modeling skills. Expert Excel and PowerPoint user. Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data
• Extremely well organized, and data driven
• Exposure to key financial management processes as required in a scaling organization
• Positive attitude and team spirit. Detail oriented with excellent communications skills
• Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field required
• MBA is a plus
