Job Summary
The Lead Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for CenturyLink’s Small/Medium Business customer experience and marketing online. This person will deliver a compelling experience and maximize the conversion of traffic brought to the various B2B sites (Small Business through Enterprise/Global). The goal is to reinvent our current web properties into highly-engaging, innovative online experiences that drives our brand awareness, differentiates our service offerings and demonstrates internally that eMarketing is a growth engine for CenturyLink. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and Operations.
Job Description
• Collaborate in translating strategic vision into roadmaps and ultimately define tactical projects/campaigns.
• Responsible for overall front line messaging on-site for Business presales content.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth from the website and provide high level requirements for business analysts.
• Thoroughly understand the market segments to craft campaign messaging that will resonate with the customer and drive conversion.
• Manage the scope, quality and delivery of all assets from multiple digital agencies.
• Coordinate efforts with digital creative agencies, internal development teams and other stakeholders to deliver a refined, on-target user experience in a timely fashion.
• Define, measure, and analyze web metrics with other KPIs to deliver consistent and rigorous measurement of progress to key goals.
• Manage execution of several projects of different sizes simultaneously.
• Provide status and conduct requirements review with stakeholders.
• Participate in user acceptance testing as well as launch validation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years marketing experience, with at least 2 years in digital marketing. (Preferred candidate has 5-7 years’ experience in eCommerce)
• 2+ years lead project management experience in a site marketing role.
• 2+ years managing creative agencies in terms of strategic direction, scope, timeliness and quality.
• B2B, Telecom, Cloud, Managed Services marketing experience are key attributes.
• Experience with SEO, both in execution and managing external agencies.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects with varying release cycles, milestones, deliverables.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Organized thinker that can communicate effectively to varied audiences.
• Results-driven personality, with a strong track record of success.
• Strong copywriting skills for guiding agency deliverables effectively and efficiently.

Bachelors or Equivalent in Marketing
Masters or Equivalent in Marketing
