The Belo + Co. Account Director will oversee the management of digital marketing services for qualified clients. He/she will partner with internal teams within the Belo + Co. organization to ensure the defined marketing campaign is driving results for the client. The primary goals for the Account Director include client retention & satisfaction, profitability and developing revenue opportunities from existing clients. Building relationships and fostering a collaborative environment will be key in driving results for both the client and the contributing team members.
• Profitably manages a portfolio of accounts
• Hires, trains and manages Account Managers that serve the assigned portfolio
• Leads account teams in developing strong relationships with clients to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention levels
• Oversee client satisfaction through internal status meetings and client survey results
• Reviews reporting and results with Account Managers on a monthly basis to ensure the campaign is meeting goals and performance standards
• Participates in monthly/quarterly business review meetings as needed
• Identify new revenue opportunities for existing clients
• Drives continuous improvement of processes within the department through evaluating tools, platforms, workflows, etc.
• Shares client/campaign success stories as the marketing expert across all digital marketing services
• Fosters a collaborative, trusting environment to build strong teams
