The Business Sales Support Specialist is a key support role in the business channel, responsible for providing support to the Business Account Sales Executive team with the daily operations of our new and existing business accounts. In this role, the SSS will assist with the management and maintenance of a book of accounts, partnering with internal support teams, when appropriate. The SSS will be a supplemental point of contact for the customers under the direction and guidance of other business channel roles.
• Serve as a primary support partner to the business account sales executive team in the service and maintenance of new and existing business accounts
• Leverage the organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform to keep customer records accurate and up to date
• Assist the business account sales executive sales team in the preparation of account reviews for existing accounts and proposals for new accounts
• Coordinate inventory for new and existing customer accounts including: facilitating customer orders, Processing Replacement devices and accessories
• Supporting onsite implementations
• Research billing issues and coordinate credits where necessary
• Coordinate and assist with vendor site visits, customer training sessions, and other related activities in partnership with the business account sales executive role and/or business area sales manager
• Coordinate and assist with business operations across organizational boundaries
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
• Minimum three years of sales, customer service and/or retail experience required, with experience in account management preferred.
• Knowledge of wireless products and solutions, preferred
• General administrative skills, with a focus on strong organization and planning
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work efforts simultaneously in a dynamic work environment
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 25-30% travel, required
