Requirements
Position Description:
Media Production intern would be assisting media project managers with the production of Launch Pads, Achieve courses and all related material. They would gain an understanding of the digital side of educational publishing through working with, vendors, editorial teams and catalog teams to bring a full suite of media products to the market.
Major Responsibilities:
• Light project management including:
• Ancillary prep
• Posting on the catalog
• Responding to JIRA tickets as assigned
• Evaluating and addressing QA bugs for ancillary products.
• Working with in-house content management systems to prep quizzing material for ingestion and fixing post-ingestion bugs
• eBook creation: organizing, tracking, uploading resources, creating and adding URLs to create an interactive ebook; doing quality assurance of the ebook, to ensure accuracy to specifications, resource links, and layout
Required Skills / Knowledge:
• Individual will have strong technical and interpersonal skills.
• Individual will be a strong problem solver and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with MS Office, MS Project
• Exceptional communication, production and organizational skills
