As the Associate Creative Director, you’ll be joining a fast paced, award winning branded content team: Atlantic Re:think. With a focus on producing video and multimedia projects, your role will span both ideation and execution, reporting directly into the Creative Director of Atlantic Re:think.
As an Associate Creative Director, you’ll:
• Work with the Creative Strategy team to shape ideas for larger-scale branded content programs
• Lead select new business pitches alongside The Atlantic’s sales team
• Lead the execution of branded content programs, including video, multimedia and experiential projects
• Work alongside in-house designers, writers, developers and project managers while acting as the creative lead on our most ambitious projects
• Own the relationship with outside director talent and production companies
• Oversee a small team of video producers
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate Include:
• Experience producing video projects across varying budgets, formats, and topics
• Knowledge of—and passion for—the digital media space, with a background in film production, advertising or publishing
• Strong writing skills, and ability to write both persuasive copy and journalistic prose
• Ability to work closely with a variety of internal constituencies, as well as interface with clients and other external colleagues (e.g., vendors, agency contacts, partners)
• Familiarity with relevant design and editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere or InDesign) a plus, but not necessary
• Bachelor’s degree
